Vermiculite fireproof door panels meet EI30, EI60 and EI120 standards. They retain their insulating properties and provide a fire barrier for 30, 60 and 120 minutes. According to the door manufacturer's needs, the panels are covered by aluminum foil (on one or both sides). Have You ever had problems with standard vermiculite boards?
