On a large scale our expanded/ exfoliated vermiculite is used as a filler in brake pads production. The vermiculite speeds up the joining of all components, it is resistant to friction and has a high temperature resistance producing during the braking. In brake pads it is responsible for the high frequencies reduction (squeaking) and water absorption - the surface is stable, dry and has adequate adhesion.
The vermiculite is used to cars, trucks, planes, trains, subways and semi-trailers brake pads production.
To meet the quality expectations of Our customers we have the raw/ crude material from several sources:
- Europe
- Asia
- Africa
These are the specially selected vermiculites with the appropriate size of granules and the percentage of minerals.
